Manual Employment Fields Disabled During Document Upload
When using the document upload feature to verify employment and income, applicants were previously able to manually enter the same employer while the documents were being processed. Now, a banner will appear under the employment history section to indicate that the document uploads are being processed. This will prevent applicants from inputting the same employer twice.
Deal Summary Metrics Updated
If you are utilizing Lumen, we have now moved the deal summary metrics below the Lumen result making it more clear that this is the total summary for all applicants. The total annual income will now display the same number used in the Lumen calculation. This makes it more clear to understand the income amount used within the Lumen calculation.
Improved Application Search Filters
We have streamlined the filtering process by implementing a card view and adjusting the labeling for enhanced clarity.

Identity Verification Checks
We recently made updates to the identity verifications page to make it clear if their ID is verified and separate out the individual verification attempts. As part of these updates, we also added a verification checklist that shows you which items are being verified. This list provides a detailed breakdown of all the checks that were performed during the identity verification process, including whether they were required for verification or not.
