Our choice of words and color neatly correspond to three actions when reviewing an application: Accept, Request More Info, and Decline.

Application Group Cards

Hover over each categorical card to reveal supporting application data or click on a card to easily navigate to the application category for further inspection.

Summary of Changes

VERO will display the Decision Bar as the primary step in the application review. Lumen will only showcase lowlights to drive leasing managers to review what’s most important.

Application Group colors are driven by VERO Standards

• Income & Balances

  • Green >= 95% VEROfied

  • Orange >= 25% / <95% VEROfied

  • Red < 25% VEROfied

• Credit Score

  • Green >= 661

  • Orange 601-660

  • Red <= 600

We changed the name of the “Conditionally Approve” workflow to now display as “Request More Info”.

Managers can now see the status of payments under the “View Payments” drop-down.

Employment Verification: "Verification Type" = Action taken

• "Linked Employment" = ONLY Connected via Lynk (Both Payroll or Employer)

• "Linked Employment & Bank Account" = Connected BOTH Lynk & Connect

• "Linked Bank Account" = Connected ONLY accounts via Connect

• "Document Uploaded" = Employment document was uploaded via Lynk

• "Manually Uploaded" = Stating employment on the application profile

• " - " = Selecting unemployed on the applicant's (renter) profile
