Overview
This article provides guidance on how to use the Application Review Filters when reviewing deals in the manager portal.
Utilizing Application Review Filters is a valuable tool to hone in on specific deals based on the filter criteria.
Once you click into the Applications tab, the default view will display as shown in the above screenshot, which filters your deal list results to "Applications Awaiting Decision" deal status that are in a Paid Status detailed filter.
Deal Status Filters
The first row of options includes four filter options: Applications Awaiting Decision, Applications In Progress, Approved Applications, and Rejected Applications.
These are statuses applied to a deal based on the statuses of all applicants on a deal. You can confirm which Deal Status filter is applied by seeing which has the bright green "FILTERING BY" designation next to the status.
You can switch between filters by clicking on the Deal Status Filter you wish to review, and the list of deals below will automatically refresh with results.
Available Deal Status Filters
-
Applications Awaiting Decision
Deals will fall under this deal status filter only once all applicants on a deal have submitted their applications and the deal is now ready for a decision.
-
Applications In Progress
Deals will fall under the Applications In Progress Filter after they have been invited but not all applicants have fully submitted their applications.
Once all applicants have submitted their applications, the deal will move to the Applications Awaiting Decision filter.
-
Approved Applications
Deals that have already been approved
-
Rejected Applications
Deal that have already been rejected or declined
This does not include cancelled applications
Removing the Deal Status Filter
To remove the deal status filter, click the "X" located in the top right corner of the filter that is applied. This will allow you to view ALL of the applications regardless of deal status.
Detailed Deal Filters
Below the Deal Status Filters are additional Detailed filters that can be used to filter your results down further.
You can filter using the following:
-
Keyword Search
Filters results that contain keywords that match.
Common keywords are the applicant's name or the unit name.
-
Properties
Allows you to select one or multiple properties to filter results
If the deal is not assigned to a property this filter will not capture it
-
Lumen Results
Allows you to select one or multiple Lumen results to filter deals
This is most helpful for deals awaiting decision, as Lumen cannot run until after all applicants have submitted.
-
From Date
Select a date that is the farthest back you wish to review.
The date selected will be the date the application was created.
-
To Date
Select a date that is the most recent date you wish to review.
The date selected will be the date the application was created.
-
Application Statuses
Similar to the Deal Status Filters, this drop down allows you select a deal status to filter your results with some key differences.
This filter will allow you to select other statuses, like Cancelled, Partially Submitted, or Invites Sent
-
This filter will also allow you to filter by multiple statuses simultaneously
Note: You must remove the Deal Status Filters in order to select other statuses. Deal Status Filters listed above will override selections made here.
-
Include Archived
This toggle will also include deals that have been archived.
Archiving is different than deleting a deal, so note that deleted deals will not show when using this toggle.
-
Show Paid Only
For those customers who collect application or other fees directly in VERO, this toggle will show only deals that have completed the payment step of the application.
For example: If you're reviewing Applications In Progress and have this toggled ON, you will receive fewer results than when toggled off because fewer applicants who are in progress with their application will have paid but not yet submitted.
-
Clear Filters
Under each of the Detailed Filters and at the far right of all filters is a Clear Filters option, that will reset all of the Detailed Filters selections.
Note: This does note remove the Deal Status Filter, if selected.
Sort Results
You can also sort the search or filter results using the Unit, Date Created, Gross Rent, and Lumen Result columns in either descending or ascending order by clicking the title of the column.
The first click will sort in ascending order, the second in descending order, and the third will return to the default sort order. Only one sort order can be applied at a time.
