Applications Tab Status Bar Update

Great news! Lumen is now “illuminated”! Managers can now view Lumen results directly from the applications tab with the latest update, eliminating the need to navigate to the Deal Summary page. The update includes color-coded Lumen results (Excellent, Good, Neutral, and Negative) for easy reference and quick review. Additionally, managers can now sort by this information to streamline their workflow.

OCR Fraud Signals

We have introduced a new beta feature that can help you detect potential fraud in the documents submitted by a prospective applicant. Our system uses advanced OCR technology to analyze each page of the document for signs of tampering, alterations, omissions, or additions. To use this feature, you need to have OCR functionality enabled in the attachments tab of your property account. Please note that access to this feature is restricted to certain roles and permissions.
