VERO now partners with InformData to supply supplemental BGCC offerings specifically for County Criminal reports for specific states where TransUnion's Instant report cannot return results.
This report is offered both as a supplemental report, generated automatically with the TransUnion when an applicant is in an state where manual checks are required or used as a standalone option providing a "Request County Criminal" button on the application.
Additionally, this valuable feature provides you with the current status of each report and a projected due date, allowing for more efficient and informed decision-making when evaluating potential candidates:
And provides details regarding any records returned via the manual county search.
All of these are accessible in the Credit & Background tab of the Applicant's profile along side other reports.
In addition to the standard report notifications via email, additional email notifications will be sent when a manual county criminal report has been updated from its initial "In Progress" status:
