A Smarter, More Confident Deal Summary Experience!

Our redesigned Deal Summary page gives leasing teams the clarity they need to make faster, more confident decisions.

1. End-to-End Lumen Results

Lumen now runs checks across the entire application and will show all failed and conditional results of checks performed. If applicable, Lumen will generate resolution actions for any results in the recommendation.

2. Deal Summary Page Display

Results across ID Verification, Income, Credit History, Rental History & Criminal History now follow a consistent pattern, enabling teams to quickly recognize what matters and what action to take.

KPIs:

A KPI will always be displayed for every screening section that is enabled and show which specific sections caused a pass, fail, or conditional Lumen recommendation for that deal.

Applicant Summary Cards:

An applicant summary card is always displayed for every screening section that is enabled and shows whether that individual applicant got a pass, fail, or conditional for that section.

View More Details:

If leasing agents need additional information on a section, they can click the card to see more information. In this view, more details for any failed or conditional datapoints are displayed. Leasing agents can click ‘view all details’ to get the full report for that section.

3. Application PDF Display

With the enhanced PDF, highlights, lowlights, and critical issues are displayed right at the top, and every section mirrors the Deal Summary view - making it easier than ever to find details without digging.
