Adverse Action Letters are a vital component when it comes to applications. These letters are sent to applicants who were not approved to move into your property. The purpose of the letter is to inform the individual that they have been denied and to explain why they were not selected.
In the case an application is rejected, it will be recorded as a new entry in the Deal Activity Log.
A PDF copy of the letter will be available in the attachments section of the individual application.
This document will look similar to the screenshot below. The applicant will receive an emailed copy of this letter directly to the email that is connected to their VERO account.
NOTE: Not all users will have access to view this document. This is only available to those users who have the "Can View Restricted Documents" which is set up within the corporate permission settings.
