Application and processing fees are generally non-refundable. You can reference the Terms and Conditions regarding VERO's fee and refund policy (Sec. 9, Fees, Payments, Taxes, and Sec 4, Payment Processing Services. ), to which you agreed when paying for your screening report.
Any other charges collected by the property through the VERO application are subject to their policies to which you agreed and any refund requests from applicants must be requested directly from the property for review.

If you are issued a refund at the request of the property, please note that the Stripe Processing Fee is non-refundable.

About the Stripe Processing Fee
The Stripe Processing Fee is the credit card fee that is visible to agents and applicants. It is a fee incurred when paying the application with a credit card.
The fee is equal to 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge. Companies may have this fee as a separate charge at time of payment for all Application and Holding Deposit Fees, and it will be its own line item on the payment.
Companies who do not collect the fee separately may choose to include it as part of the total application fee.
