Your VERO profile shows you each of your applications and provides you with the ability to complete in progress applications, review and edit completed applications, as well as add people as roommates or guarantors.

To manage your application, log in to your Renter portal by navigating to renter.sayvero.com. Click on the Applications tab in the upper left. This is where you can see and manage all of your applications in one place.

Here you'll see the details of the unit you're applying to, like the name of the property and unit number, the availability listed for the unit, and its current rent price.

If you notice that the rent amount is incorrect on your application, reach out to your leasing agent or property management for clarification or correction. They will have the ability to modify this on your application.

You can still continue with and submit your application while any modifications to the rent amount is made by the property's team.

  1. Log In: Visit renter.sayvero.com and click "My Applications" to see your application summary.

Note: Most properties require anyone over the age of 18 residing in a unit to be added as applicants to a property, while individuals under the age of 18 would be added as occupants in the VERO system.

Guarantors must complete and submit their own application, including completing the Identity Verification, Income and Employment verification, Background and Credit Checks, or any other steps required by the property.

If you don't have the options to add a co-applicant, guarantor, or occupant yourself, contact your leasing agent for assistance adding additional applicants.

Review your Application Group

To confirm the applicants or guarantors on your shared application and to see the progress of others on your group application, navigate to your Application Summary under My Applications and click on the section "This application group includes # other individuals":

This will not share personal details with others in your group, but will allow you to see who has been added and where they are in the application process.

If you or your co-applicants or guarantors submitted separate applications but want to join a group application (with roommates or a guarantor), the manager or agent can link your application to the others in the system.

If someone was added to your application group that needs to be removed, please contact your leasing agent for assistance removing them from your group.

Check the Status of Your Application

You can check the status of your application by checking the Progress section of your Application Summary.

If your application Progress status is In Progress, be sure to complete your application as leasing agents and managers cannot usually process an application until you have submitted your information.

If your application Progress status is Submitted, it is awaiting review and decision by the property. The best way to check on the progress of the review of your application is to check with your leasing agent or call the property office.

If your application Progress status is Approved or Declined it will be noted here. When your application receives a decision, you'll also receive an email outlining any additional information regarding the decision on your application from the property.

VERO provides the system that allows for the submission of applications and facilitate decisions based on the company's rental criteria. The decision on your application is made using the criteria set by the company of the home to which you applied.

If you have questions regarding this decision, please refer to the email you received which outlines the decision on your application, the reason(s) related to the decision, and the relevant information on your application that corresponds to those reasons. You also may log into your VERO account at any time to review the information you submitted and shared with the company as part of your application.

Remove or Cancel your VERO Application

If you no longer wish to apply or wish to cancel a submitted application, the leasing team at the property can remove and cancel your application for you at your request.

Note that VERO Support cannot remove or cancel your application, the property to which you applied must do so.

Note: In the event your application has been removed or canceled, a new application will need to be completed if you wish to continue or re-apply in the future.
