As an applicant, you have the right to obtain a copy of your Credit & Background Check.

You are able to see the contents of your Background and Credit report on your profile by viewing your application in VERO. To do this, click on Applications and then the View button the application's credit & background report you wish to review:

Then you'll click on the "Credit & Background" tab, where you'll be able to review the contents of your report.

To request a hard copy of your report for your records, reach out to the agent or landlord you submitted your application to to request a PDF copy of your application which includes your Credit & Background report.
