For applicants who completed their Background & Credit Check through TransUnion, please call the number listed under the specific report you're reviewing in VERO or call 800-230-9376.
TransUnion may require additional supporting documentation from you in order to complete the dispute and remove the error.
Once they have updated your record in the event of successfully disputing a result, please contact VERO Support and our team will assist in making sure the update is reflected in your application.
