Editing an in-progress or submitted application

To access your application to make edits or upload additional attachments, you must follow the steps that are listed below. Please note that you will not lose any progress on your application or be required to re-submit payment when you edit your application. Your application will be temporarily withdrawn for you to edit it, and when you have completed the edits you will re-submit your application.

  1. Visit https://renter.sayvero.com/login?r=/ on Google Chrome.

  2. Select the VERO logo on your screen's top left-hand corner once you’ve logged into your account.

  3. Select "My Applications" to see your application summary box with a blue button that says "VIEW". If you have started multiple applications, make sure you are editing the completed and paid-for application.


  4. Once you have clicked view, you will see a blue button that says "EDIT APPLICATION" on the bottom right-hand corner of the application box.

  5. Click this button, refresh your browser page, or click the "APPLICATIONS" button on the left. You can return to your application and edit by pressing the "COMPLETE" button.


    6. Once in editing mode, click the "PREVIOUS STEP" button on the bottom left to return to the step you need to edit your information.


Please note that some managers have settings that prevent applicants from editing their application after submitting. If you have followed the instructions above and are unable to edit your application, please reach out to the management office or agent you are working with for further details
