If you previously added co-applicants, guarantors, or occupants that will no longer be applying with you, or were added incorrectly, you can easily request to have them removed from your group.

1. From the 'My Applications' screen, select the 'Individuals' hyperlink on the application where it says "The application group includes other individuals". This will open a pop-up window that will display all of the people in your application group.
2. Next, select the 'click here' button at the bottom of the pop-up window where it says "If you notice wrong people in the group, please click here.".
3. From here, select which individual or individuals you would like to remove. You can leave a note for the manager here as well detailing why you would like to have the applicant(s) removed. Once you have made your selections and added your note, select the 'SUBMIT' button.
This will notify the manager and ensure that your application is accurate and up-to-date. You will receive a response back from the manager or leasing agent via phone or email.

Please note: This process does not remove the applicant(s) from your group immediately. This notifies the leasing agent or property manager of your request to have them removed. The request will then need to be completed by the property manager or leasing agent.
