Adding a New Attachment to an Application
Mobile: Click the upload zone at the top of the page and the file selector will appear on your device.
Desktop: Click or drag and drop any file into the upload zone at the top of the page.
Next, select a file from your device to upload.
Lastly, please select which type of document you would like to upload.
NOTE: Accepted file types are PNG, JPEG, PDF (Max: 5 MB)
Removing an Attachment
Select the trash can icon on the right side of the table to remove the file from the application.
Then, click the confirm button in the pop-up menu that appears.

Removing an attachment from an application will also generate an entry into the application activity log.
View-Only Restriction
After a decision is made on a deal, a manager can no longer upload or remove attachments. The trash can icons have also been removed from this view.
Uploading Multiple Files at Once
If you select multiple files during the upload process, no sweat! Our system will prompt you to classify the type for each document you've added using the below menu.
Unfulfilled Attachment Requirements
The documents requested from the applicant, as specified by your screening setup configuration, will appear in italics below the uploaded documents in the table.
