Ensure you have the Proper Interface Version / Request Access to B&P if Necessary
VERO is approved for use by clients on Voyager 7S with the following plug-in versions:
Interfaces PIv24.1
Interfaces Billing and Payments PIv8
Interfaces Common Data PIv19
Note: you can work with earlier versions if you have the web methods available that you need. Webmethods available are based on plugin versions installed
VERO Billing & Payments was added to the Interfaces Billing & Payments plug-in version 15, which was released to production in September 2022.
If you are on Billing & Payments PIv15 will have VERO listed as an available Billing & Payments interface vendor in their environment. If you are on a lower version, you will need to either upgrade to Billing & Payments PIv15 or submit a case to your Voyager support team to have the VERO Billing & Payments vendor add-on package loaded manually.
No add-on package(s) will be required after you have installed Billing & Payments PIv15 or higher.
If you need to request support from Yardi, you should follow these steps in your Voyager Client Central (VERO can not request on your behalf):
You can confirm that VERO Billing and Payments is a fully qualified standard interface vendor by viewing the Available Interface Vendor List_Client.xlsx on Client Central.
You must enter a case in Client Central to have the vendor add-on package loaded into your database.
