Archiving is a functionality that can be activated at the company level. Utilizing this feature will provide the following:
The number of days that an application can remain inactive.
For instance, If an application has not had activity in over 1 day it will be marked as an Archive application.
There’s a process that runs at 4:00 EST which archives those deals that have overrun the time set at the corporate level.
Even if an application is archived, managers and applicants can still perform actions.
For those cases, if something happens on an archived deal you should “unarchive” it.
The manager can manually Unarchive any archived application.
In this example, an application was archived (as it has the option to Unarchive it).
Clicking on the "Include archived" button will allow you to see all archived applications within the manager portal.
