Redirection to the magic portal happens when:
A company/property have LRO enabled
A deal is created and does not have an LRO unit listing attached
The current user is the primary applicant. (All other users can fill in their info, while the primary applicant must choose a unit and unit listing for the group)
The attached unit is no longer available.
The attached unit is not in the correct status.
Ensure your company uses LRO and the deal has an attached unit. If no unit is attached to the deal, the primary applicant will need to select their desired unit. If a unit is attached and the primary applicant is still redirected to the magic portal, check the unit availability within the company inventory. Ensure that it is an active listing and that no other applicants have paid the holding deposit for that unit. The primary applicant will need to select a new unit if the unit already has an applicant who has paid the holding deposit. If the unit status is on hold but doesn't have an active application with a paid holding deposit reach out to the leasing team to check unit availability.
