Purpose
Use this feature to decide which income streams should count toward an applicant’s verified income total. You can include valid streams that were excluded automatically or exclude streams you know should not be counted.

2. Excluding an Income Stream

In Verified Income, click ⋮ next to the stream you want to remove. |

4. Where to See the Audit Trail
Go to the Activity tab of the same application.
Look for entries like:
Each log shows action, user, timestamp, provider, and reason.

6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why was a stream excluded automatically?
A: Common reasons include missing gross income (Plaid returns net), irregular pay frequency, or low confidence in document parsing.
Q: Do actions affect other team members?
A: Yes. Once included or excluded, the change is visible to anyone who opens the application.
Q: Is the audit log editable?
A: No. All entries are permanent to meet compliance requirements.
