When starting your application process within VERO one of the first things you will be asked to do is verify your ID. This process has a couple of steps. Follow the guide below for a seamless experience!
ID Portion
Select the appropriate country or ID type that corresponds with your identification documents.
Take a picture of the front and back of your ID with your device instead of uploading a scanned image - this helps to verify it is a real ID card that you have in hand
If you are filling out your application on a computer, we recommend utilizing the "continue on another device" feature.
Selfie Portion
Be sure to have good lighting before starting this step of the process
Remove hats or glasses
Follow the on-screen prompts for centering and turning your head
