First, it is important to note that if you are retired and do not have an active stream of income in the form of regular paychecks from an employer, VERO will be unable to verify your income in the "Verify Your Income & Assets" step of your application. You will be able to verify your assets in that step if you wish.

1. In the Employment History section under "Fill Your Profile", you should specify you are unemployed. You may add previous employment history if you wish.

2. Once the "Fill Your Profile" section is completed, press "NEXT STEP" to proceed with the Income Verification section of the application.

3. If you wish to bypass the income verification, please click here. You can still choose to verify your assets by selecting those accounts to connect to in VERO. This article will walk you through how to select multiple bank accounts.

4. You will be able to upload further financial documentation or additional information at the final step of the application in the "Attach Documents" section.
