If you link the bank that has active income direct deposits, your income would be automatically verified for the leasing property to review.
This is not to pay the application fee again!
This is an encrypted link that simply detects income streams and takes a one-time snapshot of your current balance. It will not continue reviewing your balance, or detect your deposits. Some properties require or prefer automatically verified income for their team to review over manually reviewing any income-verifying documents.
