I received a "failed to save accounts" error message.

Financial institutions occasionally experience temporary connectivity issues with third parties like VERO. It is our recommendation that you proceed with the next step of the application by bypassing this step, and when the network is back online, you can always go back into the application and verify your balances.

  • Networks typically take about 1-2 hours to go back online. However, certain financial institutions like Capital One Bank will experience longer delays. If you bank with Capital One, you will have to bypass the income verification in favor of uploading financial documentation. You can bypass the income verification section by following the steps in this article.

I received an "Insufficient Sharing Permissions" error message.

Please login to your bank directly, and confirm your security preferences allow for third-party access. We also recommend you confirm you are connecting to the correct account to surface your balances.

I can't find my bank.

If you do not see your bank listed, we recommend you bypass the income verification in favor of uploading financial documentation. You can bypass the income verification section by following the steps in this article.

We also recommend you add a note regarding your accounts specifying your bank is not listed.

If you are experiencing a different error message, please take a screenshot of it and use the Chat icon in the lower right to contact VERO support.
