Resources and ways to get the help you need

At VERO, we aim to create software that's easy to use, but we understand that sometimes you might need a little help. Our team is here to assist you!

Help Center

The best place to start is here, our Help Center. You'll find articles and videos that cover all the different parts of the software - making it easy for you to solve an issue or learn a new part of the platform.

Note: If you are a Leasing Provider, please make sure you are signed in to your VERO account for full access to all articles.

Live Chat

Can't find what you're looking for in the Help Center? Our team is ready to help! The best way to reach us is through our Messenger by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner, available in the Help Center or while you're logged into VERO.

Our friendly bot, VEROnica, will offer answers from a robust bank of information.

However, if additional assistance is still needed you can choose to be connected with the next available Support Specialist. Once you've connected with the team, you'll see our usual reply times or if it's after hours, when we'll be back online to assist you!

VERO Support will use the Live Chat widget to make an outbound video or voice call as part of our troubleshooting process. Reaching out first via chat will enable us to confirm your account securely prior to supporting via voice or video call.

While live chat through Messenger is the quickest way to get support, you can also reach us via email at support@sayvero.com.

Support Hours

Our standard support hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST

  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST

We are closed on following 2025 US Holidays:

  • New Year's Day: January 1st, 2025

  • Memorial Day: May 26th, 2025

  • Juneteenth: June 19th, 2025

  • Independence Day: July 4th, 2025

  • Indigenous People's Day: October 13th, 2025

  • Christmas Day: December 25th, 2025

We offer reduced coverage on the following 2025 US Holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 20th, 2025

  • President's Day: February 17th, 2025

  • Labor Day: September 1st, 2025

  • Veteran's Day: November 11th, 2025

  • Thanksgiving Day: November 27th, 2025

  • Christmas Eve: December 24th, 2025

  • New Year's Eve: December 31st, 2025

A notice will be posted in Messenger to let you know when we’ll be back online.

We also periodically will step away for team and company meetings to ensure that the Support team is aligned and up to speed on any policy, product, or offering changes and updates as well as offer reduced coverage during the follo

Message History

You can view and download your message history with us if you need to reference a past conversation we had.

  1. Click the chat icon in the lower right, and click where it says 'Messages'

  2. Here you can find a list of past chats with our Support team

  3. Click onto a specific message, and then click at the top where the VERO team member's name is

  4. In the upper right of this area you'll see a small download icon to get a text file of the chat transcript
