The best place to start is here, our Help Center. You'll find articles and videos that cover all the different parts of the software - making it easy for you to solve an issue or learn a new part of the platform.
Note: If you are a Leasing Provider, please make sure you are signed in as a Manager for full access to all articles for the Manager portal.
Live Chat
Can't find what you need in the Help Center? No problem - our team is ready to assist! The best way to get in contact with us is through our Messenger. You'll find that by clicking the chat icon in the lower right, and you can access that here in the Help Center or while you are logged into VERO.
Our friendly bot VEROnica will help collect some info and then route you to one of our Support Specialists who will be happy to assist.
Using the Messenger to live chat with us is the most effective way to get support, but if you need to reach us via email you can do so at support@sayvero.com.
Support Hours
Our standard support hours are:
9:00 am to 9:00 pm ET Monday to Thursday
9:00 am to 8:00 pm ET Friday
10:00 am to 4:00 pm ET Saturday and Sunday
Our offices are closed on US Federal holidays. We'll have a notice posted in the Messenger that will help you know when we'll be back online.
Message History
You can view and download your message history with us if you need to reference a past conversation we had.
Click the chat icon in the lower right, and click where it says 'Messages'
Here you can find a list of past chats with our Support team
Click onto a specific message, and then click at the top where the VERO team member's name is
In the upper right of this area you'll see a small download icon to get a text file of the chat transcript
