Combine documents to upload into one template

When uploading documents during the application, you have the option to upload multiple documents to each of the document types requested. You can either upload multiple attachments at once or one at a time on each of the documents requested.

Upload Multiple Attachments at Once:

  1. Click the Upload icon in the upper right of the document type section you wish to add documents

  2. Either Drag and drop multiple files or select "click to browse"

  3. Select all of the documents you wish to add

  4. Click "Upload" at the bottom of the screen

Upload Additional Attachments to a Document Type:

  1. Click the Upload icon in the upper right of the document type section you wish to add additional documents

  2. Either Drag and drop multiple files or select "click to browse"

  3. Select all of the documents you wish to add

  4. Click "Upload" at the bottom of the screen

Remove Documents

If you added the incorrect document or wish to remove a document entirely you can remove documents from the document section by doing the following:

  1. Click the Trashcan icon to the right of the document name that you wish to remove

  2. Confirm that the document is gone after the "Deleting file" icon is finished

    1. If spins for a long time, try refreshing the page

Please note: If you are in the "Attach Documents" section of your application, you will have the ability to upload more than one document into the "Other Docs (optional)" field.


Sometimes a leasing agent will request that you combine documents into one file. If this is requested, you should merge both of your paystubs and then submit the documents as one file in VERO.
