You will have the ability to invite your roommate or guarantor to apply by accessing Step #1 of the application which is called "Confirm Your Application Group". Within this step, you can add a roommate, occupant, or guarantor to apply by pressing the corresponding button. The invitation link will arrive via email from a "no-reply@mail.sayvero.com" address.
Before inviting anyone else to apply, it is important to note these key differences in the application types:
An applicant is anyone who will be occupying the home and is 18 years of age or older. This individual will be a leaseholder and will need to sign all lease documents.
A guarantor is financially responsible for the rental but does not occupy the home. This individual may be necessary when additional income or employment history is needed.
An occupant is anyone who will be living in the home but is not financially responsible. This individual will not be considered a leaseholder.
