When you create a unit in VERO - either manually or by importing them from your external provider - details can be added such as the:
Unit Name
Unit Type
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Square Feet
This will be displayed in the Magic Portal, on the Deal Summary and may be used as a smart field in your Lease mapping.
You can add or update this information by editing the unit on the Inventory Management page.
Navigate to Inventory > Units
Use the filters to narrow down to the property, or just search by unit
Click on the desired unit to update
In the upper right, click the menu next to 'invite applicants' and choose 'edit'
Here you can manually edit the unit type info to make any corrections
TIP: From the Inventory Management page, you can use the 'Export Inventory' option to get a spreadsheet with all the units. This may be easier to have them all in an excel sheet to sort/filter for an audit of the units.
