What is a Lead/Prequalification?
A lead, or a prequalification, is a feature used by our clients to help verify prequalifying leads before leasing agents invest the time needed for an application.
What does the Lead/Prequalification Flow Look Like?
If you would like to know what the process looks like for an applicant, you can refer to this article for more information!
Can a Lead Edit Their Prequalification?
Once a lead has submitted their prequalification application, they cannot edit it. After submission, leads are presented with a successful submission screen and do not have the option to edit, sign out, or review other prequalification applications (if applicable).
What to Do if a Lead Needs to Make Changes :
If a lead needs to make any changes, the leasing agent will need to archive the existing prequalification and send a new invitation. This will allow the lead to complete a new prequalification and include any missing or incorrect information.
Lead Review Filters:
To improve workflow within the VERO Manager Portal, the Leads Page now includes card view filters for better organization and navigation.
This feature is available for users managing both prospect and guest leads.
The card view layout is designed to provide a more streamlined experience but does not change the underlying functionality.
