The Stripe Processing Fee is the credit card fee that is visible to agents and applicants. It is a valid fee incurred when paying the application with a credit card.

The fee is equal to 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge. Nearly all companies pass this amount onto the RENTER for payment at checkout for all Application and Holding Deposit Fees. However, some companies choose to include it as part of the total fee.

These fees are NONREFUNDABLE to the renter.
