You, the applicant, have full access to your receipt in the renter profile.
The receipt is sent to the email used to create your VERO account.
The emailed receipt will appear to come from Vero Technologies but will be an @stripe.com email address.
If you do not receive the receipt, check your spam/junk folder as it may have been caught there.
The receipt will show a line item breakdown of the fees for your convenience. This helps to clarify the application fee from the holding fee and stripe fees.
