Introducing Your Enhanced Lumen Engine โ€“ Smarter, Faster Rental Decisions Are Here

The Lumen v2 enhancements aim to streamline your workflow and improve decision-making accuracy through several key improvements:

  • Visibility & Access: Continuous visibility of Lumen results ensures that you can make informed decisions without needing to switch between tabs or contexts.

  • Simplified Interaction: A new card system reduces the complexity of interactions, allowing for quicker understanding and processing of information.

  • Consistency & Predictability: Weโ€™ve standardized the design elements and action locations to foster intuitive navigation and faster task completion.

  • Accuracy & Relevance: Enhanced data integrity and relevance in the card displays ensure that you receive only pertinent information, thus minimizing errors in your decision-making process.

Enhancements to Visibility

Lumen results are now pinned to the top bar above the tabs to keep underwriting results consistently visible. This change provides greater context between underwriting results and other managerial data.

New Application Summary Cards

We've transformed payments, workflow, and lumen data into simplified cards. These cards eliminate complex hover animations, standardize labels and icons, and reflect accurate data that matches the application tabs to eliminate previous discrepancies.

What's changed?

โŒ Removed: summary stats on card hover

โœ… Added: precise, matching values. One major underwriting value per card to reduce complexity
