"Cash available" and "current balance" are two terms commonly used in financial contexts, such as bank accounts or financial statements. While they both refer to the amount of money in an account, some differences exist.

Current Balance:

The current balance represents the total amount of funds in an account at a specific point in time. It includes all transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and any pending transactions that have been processed but may not have cleared yet. The current balance reflects the sum of all these transactions up to the present moment.

Cash Available:

Cash available refers to the amount of money that is immediately accessible or can be used for transactions. It takes into account any restrictions or holds on funds. For example, if there are pending transactions that have not yet cleared, they may temporarily reduce the cash available. Additionally, some accounts may have holds placed on certain funds, such as when a check is deposited, and are subject to a clearing period before the funds become available. Cash available excludes such holds or restrictions.

To summarize, the current balance is the total amount of funds in the account, including pending transactions, while cash available represents the immediate amount of money that can be accessed or used without considering pending transactions or holds. The cash available is usually a subset of the current balance, reflecting the funds that can be readily used for transactions.

Leasing Agents:

You can find this in the "Income & Balances" section of the application. Please note that viewing the main deal page will always show the "Current Balance," not the "Cash Available."
